  1. GENERAL AGREEMENT

Bunas Ltd. hereafter called Boon’a, is responsible for the content available on www.boonamber.com, hereafter called the Webpage, and renders services under the terms of payment and delivery in compliance with Terms & Conditions of returning purchases made on the Webpage. By using the Webpage, customers confirm that they have read, understood and subsequently agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions. If a customer purchases toys, clothing or textiles, hereafter called Goods, from the Boon’a Webpage, this mutual agreement will be considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the regulations governing Distance Contracts, including, but not limited to the European Parliament and Council’s Directive 97/7/EEC on the protection of customers with respect to Distance Contracts, the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania, and the Regulations regarding Distance Contracts issued by The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Lithuania.

  1. PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICY

Boon’a genuinely respects and cares for its customers and therefore seeks to ensure the highest level of security in line with the European Parliament and Council’s Directive 95/46EEC on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of such data, and in accordance to the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Lithuania. The Webpage is a secure web site. The exchange of any personal information is secure, provided that all Internet using requirements are met. Customers are able to register, order goods, make requests and register to receive updates about news, sales, etc. Boon’a does not or process any sensitive and personal data. Boon’a never collects and stores information regarding debit and credit cards. If a customer decides to create an account on the Webpage, Boon’a only collects information necessary to process bills and ensure product delivery. This information includes a customer’s name, address, e-mail and telephone number. Boon’a uses customer information to help identify them, as well as in situations where the law obliges data to be passed on, i.e., when the law stipulates that personal data must be provided to government and municipal institutions. Boon’a has the right to give customer information to third parties (e.g. a courier service) but only the details necessary to facilitate the delivery of Goods to customers. A customer’s personal information also helps Boon’a inform them about new offers, sales and other marketing related activities. Boon’a regularly performs necessary Webpage maintenance and updates security measures to ensure the proper handling of customers’ personal information and to protect it from theft, loss, misuse, unauthorized access, exposure, modification and corruption. Although we do everything to ensure customer privacy, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network is guaranteed to be 100% secure. This is why we would like to inform you that there are security and privacy limitations to the Internet that are beyond our control. Each customer account requires a username and password. Boon’a recommends storing usernames and password information safely and avoiding automatic login to help prevent against unwanted access of data. Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology, which is used by vendors to ensure the security of online business. It negotiates and employs the essential functions of mutual authentication, data encryption and data integrity for secure transactions. The Webpage may contain links to our collaborating partners’ websites (trading places, ads of associated products etc.). If a customer visits any a website of one of our collaborating partners, Boon’a recommends familiarizing yourself with the Terms & Conditions of the website in question before handing over any personal information. Boon’a is not responsible for the content posted in third party webpages.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Bunas LTD reserves all rights. All information and content available on the Webpage, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphic signs, button icons, pictures, data summary and software, its summary and layout (together called Content), is the property of Boon’a and is protected by the laws of The Republic of Lithuania and other international laws on the protection of intellectual property, including regulations on the use of copyrights and trademarks. The use of our trademarks, irrespective of purpose, is forbidden without specific written permission.

  1. COLOURS

We have done our best to display the colors of the Goods featured on the Webpage as accurately as possible. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor/device settings, we cannot guarantee a 100% color matching with the actual Goods.

  1. PRICE POLICY

All prices are indicated in Euro (EUR). All prices include a 21% VAT and will be based on the country the order will be shipped to. Please note that the prices and product information outlined on the Webpage are subject to change.

  1. ORDERING & PAYMENT

After you choose the Goods you would like to purchase and click “Add To Cart”, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express card payments 24/7. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately via e-mail at hello@boonamber.com or call us at +37060603426. In some cases, we might not be able to modify your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

  1. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS

The product range featured on the Website is available and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and in stock. Indications on the availability of each product are provided during the ordering process. Errors or modifications may occasionally occur in exceptional circumstances. If this is the case, the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible to complete the order in a timely and convenient manner.

  1. DELIVERY PROCEDURE

Boon’a is happy to offer shipping through our International Post service. Orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the exception of national holidays (please note: we currently do not offer the possibility for orders to be collected in). Orders are shipped via the shipping method each customer specifies during the checkout process. The delivery destination is deemed to be the address specified by the customer during checkout. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified timeframe, we cannot assume responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Retail Delivery Costs:

  • Shipping outside the EU € 30 – DHL Express
  • Shipping outside the EU € 20 -International Post
  • Shipping throughout in the EU € 10 – International Post
  • Shipping throughout in the EU € 20 – DHL Express

 

Depending on the delivery address the order may be subject to extra shipping costs that will be explicitly indicated before payment confirmation and will be included in the total purchase price.

  1. RETURN OF GOODS TERMS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have an opportunity to exchange it request a within 14 days of receiving the product without any additional charges. Boon’a agrees to exchange or refund goods if they are returned unpacked with all labels, are clean, neat, not damaged and still in the original packaging. If you would like to exchange your goods or request a refund, please include the receipt or bill and a letter indicating your name, last name, and the reason why you want to return the particular item. Please specify if you would like to exchange your returned item for another one or if you would prefer a refund. Please send the goods for exchange and return to: Bunas LTD, IRASYTI. We will contact you to solve the problem ASAP!

  1. AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE NEWS VIA E-MAIL

By agreeing to the Terms governing our online marketing activities customers agree to receive notifications, agreements, order details and other news from Boon’a via e-mail or traditional mail. Each customer chooses whether to receive optional marketing information from the Webpage, excluding cases when Boon’a informs customers about campaigns regarding all Goods offered on the Webpage. All Boon’a customers have the right to opt out of receiving marketing information by sending an e-mail to hello@boonamber.com with ”UNSUBSCRIBE” in the subject line.

  1. GENERAL TERMS

Boon’a may periodically update and renew these Terms & Conditions. Any changes made will be posted here. By visiting and continuing to use the Webpage you agree to accept any changes made to the Terms & Conditions. Feel free to contact us with any questions. Any changes made to Terms & Conditions will come into effect from the moment they are published. A satisfied customer is at the core of our business operations.
